These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of freedomseeker.ai and to communications with FreedomSeeker via the website, contact form, and sales chat. Separate proposals, quotes, or statements of work ("SOW") may add terms; if they conflict, the signed engagement for that service prevails.
1. Who we are
FreedomSeeker provides software, automation, and AI implementation services for B2B clients. The website explains our services and enables contact.
2. Use of the website
You must use the website lawfully. You must not:
- disrupt, hack, or scrape the site without permission;
- send malware, spam, or misleading content through our forms or chat;
- infringe FreedomSeeker's or third parties' intellectual property;
- use the sales chat for illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
3. No professional advice on the website
Blog posts, examples, and sales chat answers are general information. They are not tailored legal, financial, or technical advice. Implementation decisions should be made through a dedicated engagement with our team.
4. Sales chat
The sales chat is partly automated and may give incorrect or incomplete answers. Use it for orientation, not as a binding commitment on price, scope, or availability. An offer is valid only after written confirmation by FreedomSeeker.
5. Contact form
By submitting the contact form you confirm that information is accurate and that you have read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may contact you about your enquiry.
6. Services and engagements
Professional services are delivered as described in a quote or SOW, including scope, timeline, fees, and acceptance criteria. Out-of-scope work is agreed separately.
7. Intellectual property
Website content (text, design, branding, code) remains FreedomSeeker's or its licensors' property unless stated otherwise. Do not copy or reuse without prior written consent.
For client work: custom deliverables transfer as set out in the engagement. Our generic methods, tools, and know-how remain ours.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or third-party outages may cause temporary disruption.
9. Liability
Where permitted by law, our liability for damage arising from website use is limited to direct damage caused by FreedomSeeker's intent or gross negligence, capped at EUR 500 per incident, unless mandatory law requires more.
For paid engagements, liability limits follow the relevant quote or SOW unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss, or decisions you make based on website content or chat replies.
10. Third-party links
External links are not under our control. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use after publication may constitute acceptance where law allows.
12. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. Disputes go to competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your place of residence where consumer rules require it.
